It was held right outside the Health and Human Services Department. Our permit was for 750 people but I bet we more than doubled that number! All the speakers were articulate, amazing women. Several times the chanting got to be so loud you can bet everyone in the HHS offices heard it. But my favorite moment was when everyone kneeled in prayer asking God to have mercy on America and to rescind the anti-religion mandate — I managed to snap a photo: Our president Brian Burch spoke at the Chicago, IL rally — which looks absolutely packed: After the fold — some more amazing photos of Stand Up For Religious Freedom rallies nationwide! 2,000+ at St. Paul Minnesota Rally (photo: Brian Gibson of Pro-Life Action Ministries): A huge rally in Houston, TX (photo: Chris Duffel ): New York City (via EWTN): 1,300 at Independence Hall in Philadelphia (photo: Austin Ruse of C-FAM): Cincinnati, OH (via EWTN): Detroit, MI (via EWTN): Nashville, TN (via EWTN): EWTN is tweeting photos from more rallies than I can possibly include! From what I've been reading the majority of folks at these rallys are not Roman Catholic.
