Triune is a corporation that specializes in facilitating the re-entry of injured workers into the workforce.” St. Eve granted the injunction, she wrote, because she is bound by the precedent of a higher court (the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals), which recently granted an injunction temporarily barring enforcement of the mandate in a similar case.
